BOOKING POLICY

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking.  This is a security deposit and will only be returned after the trailer has been returned, inventoried, and checked for damage.  This is a non-refundable deposit for cancellations.  The remaining balance of $495+tax, plus any other services chosen will be due 6 months prior to your event date, or at the time of booking, if your event is less than 6 months away, in order to hold your dates. 

 

Delivery, Pick-up, Set-Up, and Tear Down are dependent on availability.

The driver of the trailer must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.  A contract will be signed at the time of pickup.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund, minus the $100 deposit will be issued if cancellation is prior to six month before your booked event.  Any cancellation within six months of your scheduled event will only receive a refund for Delivery, Pick-Up, Set-Up, and/or Tear Down.

PAYMENT METHOD

Credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo Excepted.

We are a small business that seeks to provide an affordable service for your special event.  We understand that circumstances arise.  Please reach out with special requests.  Sweet Occasions wants to make your event unforgettable! 

 

Please respect our trailer and décor, and do not make any alterations or purposeful damage.  Use only temporary fasteners to attach flowers, greenery, or any other decorations; no nails, tacks, screws, or glue.  Many of our items are one of a kind and irreplaceable.
